one of my favourite dessert. the sugar when replacd with sugar substute is a good delicacy for diabetics. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated apple |
1 cup milk |
2 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Boil the milk in a big pan and simmer till it becomes half. 2. Add the sugar and apples and cook for sometime. 3. Serve hot or chilled. |
