one of my favourite dessert. the sugar when replacd with sugar substute is a good delicacy for diabetics.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated apple
1 cup milk
2 cups sugar
Directions:
1. Boil the milk in a big pan and simmer till it becomes half.
2. Add the sugar and apples and cook for sometime.
3. Serve hot or chilled.
