A bit like apple crisp
Ingredients:
4 cups sliced apples
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats or 1 cup oatmeal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
2. Place sliced apples in bottom of a 2 quart baking dish.
3. Sprinkle w/ sugar and cinnamon.
4. Combine topping ingredients well and place on top of fruit layer.
5. Bake 40 minutes.
6. Serve w/ whipped cream or ice cream.
