Wonderful cross between an apple pie and apple cake, perfect for when you can't decide which one you want! Only four ingredients and no added oil or fat. Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup white sugar |
3 eggs, beaten |
5 apples, cored and chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. Mix together the flour and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in the eggs until well blended, then fold in the apples. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate. 3. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. |
