COUNTRY APPLE PIE Ingredients:
2 unbaked pie shells (9-inch) |
5 cups apples |
3/4 cup sugar |
4 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Prepare pie shells. 2. Peel and slice apples. 3. Mix togeth- er 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and heavy cream. 4. Pour over apples. 5. Mix well. 6. Arrange in pastry shell. 7. Combine and sprinkle over top 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. 8. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. |
