Delicious nutritious, and a big surprise for apple pie fanatics worldwide! Ingredients:
1 lb vegetarian sausage |
2 tomatoes |
1 lb mushroom |
1 garlic clove |
mustard (to taste) |
mayonnaise (loads) |
brown rice (even more) |
Directions:
1. Brown veggie mince; add tomatoes and garlic. 2. Fry mushrooms separately, after cutting thin. 3. Add mushrooms (yum yum, maybe eat a few!). 4. Add early mustard additions. 5. Cook brown rice separately. 6. Make a salad while apple pie surprise cooks. 7. Throw mince mixture onto rice. 8. Place in oven (gas mark 4, 200°C for 18 minutes. 9. Eat like crazy. |
