This is nice sprinkled sparingly on butter toast or mixed with bread crumbs for breaded pork-chops. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cinnamon |
2 teaspoons nutmeg |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Fresh grind your own nutmeg. 2. Once you grind the nutmeg, it should be used in about a month. 3. Mix together and store in spice container. |
