Basically an egg white omelette with apple. It is delicious, and low-cal. Unfortunately I can't remember where I got it from. Ingredients:
1 apple |
3 egg whites |
artificial sweetener |
cinnamon or nutmeg, any other spices to taste |
Directions:
1. Core and dice the apple. 2. Sprinkle with sweetener and spices. 3. Microwave for approx 2 minutes. 4. Lightly whip the egg whites and cook in skillet until done. 5. Slide onto a plate, put apple mixture on one half then flip the other half of the omletter over. |
