Filling sweetened with Splenda. Calorie count per slice is actually 282 - not what is represented on the 'facts'. Used Pillsbury pie crusts. Ingredients:
2 pie crusts |
6 cup sliced apples |
1 cup splenda |
1 tsp cinnamon |
2 tbsp flour |
Directions:
1. Put 1 pie crust in glass pie plate. 2. Combine sliced apples, splenda, cinnamon, and flour. 3. Put apple mixture in pie plate. 4. Put 2nd crust on top of apple mixture - seal edges. 5. Bake for 50 minutes in 450 degree oven. 6. Cover edges with tin-foil to prevent over baking. |
