Haven't made this (yet).. found it when doing a search for someone else...sure does sound good though!

Ingredients:

1 quart apple juice

1/2-5/8 ounce apple pie spice

6 ounces honey

3 cups everclear alcohol

Directions:

1. In 2-quart pan, put apple juice and warm (do not boil).
2. Add apple pie spice, and honey, mix well.
3. Add everclear and divide into bottles, cap and let age 1 month.
4. Serve cold or hot.
