A latte that tastes like apple pie. From Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona. Ingredients:
1 ounce apple syrup |
1 dash cinnamon syrup |
1 fluid ounce espresso |
milk, steamed and foamed |
cinnamon, for garnish |
Directions:
1. In an 8-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso. 2. Fill cup with steamed milk, top with a small dollop of foamed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon. 3. Serve immediately. |
