A quick yet yummy fall smoothie. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk |
3 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate (not diluted) |
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the blender, cover and blend until smooth. |
