I had the gastric bypass surgery 5 years ago, and have tried a huge variety of protein drinks. This is one that I came up with when I needed a change! I've seen similar recipes like this, but it's the lemon sf pudding that makes it soooo delicious! Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk |
1 single serving size container unsweetened applesauce |
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (i use optimum nutrition from gnc) |
1 teaspoon sugar-free lemon gelatin, pudding powder |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 dash nutmeg (optional) |
ice cube, to your desire i usually use 4-5 |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! |
