My kids favourite! Ingredients:
1 double crust pie crust |
6 golden delicious apples, sliced thinly |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons tapioca flour |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix the apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, flour, and tapioca flour. 3. Put the apple mixture into the bottom crust. 4. Dot with butter. 5. Place top crust. 6. Bake until crust is brown and the juices are bubbling, approximately 1 hour. |
