good for breakfast with some hot latte. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup shredded cheese |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 1/3cup diced apples |
1/2 cup pecans chopped |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup butter melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F 2. Mix dry ingredients and cheese 3. In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients with apples and nuts. 4. Pour wet ingredients over the dry 5. mix them good with a wooden spoon 6. make sure there is no lumps 7. Pour into muffin pan with inserted baking cups in it 8. Bake for 22-25 min. 9. Enjoy! |
