Wondeful cheesecake with apples and pecans.Easy and delicious. Ingredients:
11/2c honey maid graham cracker crumbs |
1/4c(1/2 stick) butter,melted |
11/2c plus 2 tbs packed brown sugar,divided |
4pkg.(8oz each)cream cheese,softened |
1tsp vanilla |
1c sour cream |
4 eggs |
4c chopped peeled apples(about 3) |
3/3c chopped pecans |
1tsp ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325. Line 13x9 pan with foil. mix crumbs,butter and 2Tbs. sugar;press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 mins 2. Beat cream cheese,1c sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add sour cream;blend. Add eggs,1 at a time,mixing on low speed after each just until blended..Pour over crust. 3. Mix remaining 1/2c sugar,apples,pecans and cinnamon;spoon over batter. 4. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5min. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve. |
