I made this for my family and they really liked it. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar |
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup sour cream |
4 eggs |
4 cups chopped peeled apples |
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Line 13 x 9 pan with foil. 3. Mix crumbs, butter and 2 tsp sugar, press onto bottom of pan. 4. Bake 10 minutes. 5. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. 6. Add sour cream, blend. 7. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each, just until blended. Pour over crust. 8. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, apples, pecans, and cinnamon, spoon over batter. 9. Bake 1 hour. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve. |
