Amazing. 131 cal per bar. Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats |
1/4 cup sliced almond |
1/2 cup diced dried pear |
1/2 cup diced dried apple |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup dark corn syrup |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. /62427 2. Follow directions, we just switched some of the ingredients up. I haven't tried it, but I would suggest some hazelnut oil instead of the butter, and maybe some almond extract. We were out of honey, but honey would make it amazing. |
