A healthy alternative to a milkshake on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flax seed meal (ground flaxseed) |
1 small apple |
1 small pear, ripe |
3 ounces tofu, drained and cut into small cubes |
3/4 cup soymilk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Quarter and core the fruit but do not peel. 2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. |
