Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups buttermilk |
2 large eggs |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 large granny smith apple, peeled and chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. 2. Stir together buttermilk, eggs, and butter. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in apple. 3. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked; turn and cook other side. |
