Try this for something different on your pancakes. Ingredients:
6 ounces frozen sugar-free apple juice concentrate, thawed |
3/4 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickened and reduced by half (about 15 minutes). |
