A microwave breakfast cake that is sure to please everyone! Ingredients:
1/3 cup maple syrup |
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup butter |
2 apples, peeled and sliced |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine 1st three ingredients; microwave on high for 2 minutes Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over apples. Arrange apples in bottom of Microwaveable bunt pan. 2. Whisk egg, milk and veggie oil until smooth. Set aside. 3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 4. Add Step 2 and whisk until well blended. 5. Pour over apple mixture and microwave for 10 minutes on 50% power. 6. When fully cooked flip and over on plate and serve. |
