Yummy healthy breakfast Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons butter |
6 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 apple, peeled and sliced thin |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425°. 2. beat eggs vigorously 30 seconds. 3. stir in flour, milk, mix to blend well but do not over mix. 4. divide butter into 6 muffin tins, place in oven until melted. 5. place 1 tsp brown sugar in each muffin tin 6. divide apple among muffins. 7. pour batter equally on top of apples. 8. bake for 10-15 minutes or until top is golden brown. |
