1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup light brown sugar |
1/4 cup light butter |
1 apple |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/3 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. toast oats 3. peel, core, and grate apple 4. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. 5. Cream sugar and butter till fluffy. 6. Add apple, egg, and vanilla. 7. Beat till combined. 8. Add the oats mixture. 9. Stir in raisins. 10. Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheets and flatten with back of a spoon. 11. Bake till lightly browned, 12-15 minutes. |
