Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup water
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup lowfat milk (1082) or vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 apple, grated
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil. Add oatmeal, cinnamon, and salt. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until liquid is absorbed (about 10 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients and serve hot.
