Apple-oat Breakfast Treats

Another apple recipe. On the cook time I always put the first number in first that way they won't burn.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 t 1-1/4 cups apple pie filling
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar.
2. Ad the eggs and vanilla.
3. Combine dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
4. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 6-in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
5. Flatten into 3-inch circles.
6. Make a slight indention in the center of each; top with a rounded tablespoonful of pie filling.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
8. Cool for 5 minutes; remove to with racks to cool completely.
9. Yield: 10 servings.
