Apple Nut Cheese Biscuits

These are so good and really good with BUTTER!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar.
1/3 cup chopped walnuts.
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.
1 3/4 cup pkgd biscuit mix.
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
1 small apple, peeled, cored and chopped.
1/3 cup cold water.
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted.
Directions:
1. Stir together sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. Stir together biscuit mix, cheese and chopped apple.
3. Make a well in center of cheese mixture.
4. Add water all at once, stirred just until moistened. Form into a ball.
5. Flatten dough out on a floured surface. Divide into 18 pieces; shape each into a ball.
6. Roll in melted butter, then in sugar mixture.
7. Arrange in a greased 9 inch round baking pan.
8. Bake at 400 for 25-30 min.
9. Serve warm.
