Packed full of healthy ingredients, these muffins make a wonderful breakfast muffin with your cup of java. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup oil |
2 cups shredded carrots |
1 large apple, shredded |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 cup raisins |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together. 2. Then add remaining and mix. 3. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
