2 cups sugar |
2 cups self rising flour |
4 tablespoons cinnamon |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
2 tablespoons vanilla |
3 large apples, peeled and diced |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Grease and flour a bundt pan. 3. Combine all ingredients in order listed,mix together. 4. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. 5. Cool and remove from the pan. |
