From Apple-Barn Cookbook Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs, beaten |
4 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup oil |
1/4 cup sour cream |
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar. 2. Add sour cream and oil and beat again. 3. Sift dry ingredients and beat in with the moist ingredients. 4. Stir in apples, pecans, and vanilla. 5. Pour batter into 2 greased 10x5x3 loaf pan. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 7. Let cool for 5 minute. 8. Turn out on wire racks to finish cooling. |
