Great for a morning treat.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar substitute
1/2 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 apple
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients.
2. Add wet mixture until batter is lumpy.
3. Pour into muffin pans and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min until set.
4. Let cool.
