Ingredients:
1/3 cup unsweetened apple butter
1 teaspoon white miso or 1 teaspoon mellow miso
1/4 cup almond butter
8 slices whole grain bread
Directions:
1. Mix together the apple butter and miso.
2. Spread bread with a light layer of almond butter and apple-miso butter on the other.
3. Put it together.
