This is one of my adopted recipes and I haven't made it yet Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 apple, cored and chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. 1 or 2 slices of Bread 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. Combine all ingredients except bread. 4. Soak bread in cold water, squeeze out moisture, shred, and add. 5. Place in loaf pan and bake 25-30 minutes. 6. Or...form into patties, roll in bread crumbs and pan fry, or broil. |
