Posting so I can point for WW. Ingredients:
1/3 cup porridge oats |
2/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon wheat bran |
2 tablespoons skim milk |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
1/2 cup apple, grated |
1/2 tablespoon pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl except pecans. 2. Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds, maybe more if needed. 3. Stir in pecans and enjoy. |
