Ingredients:
vegetable oil cooking spray
6 cups peeled thinly sliced apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
2 cups rice krispies
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
3. Spread the apples evenly in the prepared pan.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
5. Using a wooden spoon, stir the cereal into the butter mixture.
6. Sprinkle the cereal topping over the apples.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is light brown.
