2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons apple juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon water |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks (about 1/2 pound) |
1 small garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. 2. Note: Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container for up to five days; stir well before using. |
