Apple Juiced Pork Chops

A great, easy to prepare juicy pork chop recipe.
Ingredients:
1 gallon cold water
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup kosher salt
2 cups apple juice
1 tablespoon peppercorn
2 fresh thyme sprigs
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 lbs boneless pork chops
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except pork chops and olive oil, in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly and add pork chops. Cover and let sit at least 2 hours.
2. Heat skillet and add olive oil. While oil is heating, remove pork chops and pat dry. Add pork chops to skillet, cooking 4-5 minutes per side or until done.
