A nice summery drink ! Ingredients:
3 peppermint tea bags |
2 cups apple juice |
6 mint leaves, torn |
ice cube, to serve |
2 apples, halved, cored, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Place tea bags in large heatproof jug. 2. Pour 2 cups boiling water over them. 3. Stand 10 minutes. 4. Discard bags, stir in juice and mint. 5. Chill for one hour. 6. Add ice and apple slices. 7. Stir and serve. |
