This is a lower in calorie coleslaw... Its good with any meat dish... Ingredients:
2 cups granny smith apples, chopped |
3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage |
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage |
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 table coarsed grain mustard |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. 3. Add to cabbage mixture; tossing to coat. 4. Cover and chill. |
