This is a lower in calorie coleslaw... Its good with any meat dish...
Ingredients:
2 cups granny smith apples, chopped
3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 table coarsed grain mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
3. Add to cabbage mixture; tossing to coat.
4. Cover and chill.
