This is a superb glaze for your holiday ham.

Ingredients:

1 (8 1/2 ounce) can applesauce

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 teaspoon cardamom

1 teaspoon coriander

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Spoon 3/4 mixture over ham during the last 30 minutes of baking time.
3. Heat remaining sauce and serve with ham.
