Another great breakfast casserole! I have used brie cheese (my favorite with the ham and apples) instead of cheddar and bacon or sausage instead of the ham. You could also use cubed chicken or add a little cinnamon. Read more . The choices are endless! Ingredients:
2 c. diced ham |
2 c. chopped apple |
1 1/2 c. baking mix (such as bisquik) |
1 1/2 c. milk |
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x12 baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Combine ham and apple and spread in the bottom of baking dish. 3. In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, milk and eggs. Pour over apples and ham. 4. Sprinkle with cheese. 5. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean |
