Ingredients:
1 envelope gelatin, unflavored (1 tbsp.) |
1 cup rome apples or 1 cup fuji apple, unpared, diced |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 cup red grapes, halved and seeded |
1 1/2 cups apple juice |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
Directions:
1. Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes. 2. Heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved. 3. Add apple juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. 4. Stir in fruit and celery. 5. Pour into 3 cup mold. 6. Chill until set. |
