Use this recipe for topping French toast, waffles or pancakes for that special breakfast. Recipes comes from the Sunset Hill House. Ingredients:
2 cups maple syrup |
1/4 cup grand marnier |
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Using a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a slow simmer. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes or until apples are tender. 3. Serve warm over French toast, waffles or pancakes. |
