Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 apples, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. In separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk and apples.
3. Combine with dry ingredients.
4. Drop 1 Tablespoon at a time into hot 375 deg F. fat.
5. Fry until golden brown.
6. Drain and serve sprinkled with confectioners' sugar, and/or maple syrup.
