Fried apple fitters are a good way to get rid of some apples in the fall, besides they taste really good.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1 tbs oil
1 c flour
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 c diced apples
enough oil for frying
Directions:
1. combined all ingredients together and mix well.
2. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, flipping once.
3. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar or make a glaze with powdered sugar, a little vanilla and a little milk for the top of the fritters.
