a diabetic drink! Ingredients:
2 cups apple juice |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup egg white |
1 1/2 cups sugar substitute |
1/16 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. chill juices. 2. beat egg whites until stiff;add sugar substitute whill beating. 3. add apple & lemon juices;pour into fruit cups. 4. mix sugar substitue & cinnimon,enough to sprinkle on fruit juice mixture. |
