4 cups apples |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon rum |
1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook apples till soft with everything but rum and bread crumbs. 2. Mash till smooth. 3. Add rum. 4. If filling is to thin, add fine bread crumbs. |
