This is a Sandi Richard recipe. so easy to make and is vegetarian. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 large onion, sliced |
1 macintosh apple, sliced thin |
1 cup sliced zucchini |
1 (10 ounce) can pizza crusts |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes |
1/4 cup feta cheese |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
6 asparagus spears, chopped |
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375. 2. heat one teaspoon oil in a large skillet. 3. add onion and cook til caramilized, stirring occasionally. 4. unroll pizza dough and place on a cookie sheet. 5. press dough to cover pan. 6. brush with oil and then sprinkle with spices. 7. Layer with onion, cheeses, zucchini, apple and asaparagus. 8. bake for 25 minutes until crust is golden brown. |
