Apple-Curry-Tuna Melt

We love tuna melts and this one is very different. Love the combination of ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup diced apple
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 -2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2-1 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper
4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
4 slices cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add the first 7 ingredients; stir to combine.
2. Spread 1/4 cup of the mixture on each slice of toasted bread.
3. Sprinkle evenly with walnuts.
4. Top with a slice of cheese.
5. Place tuna melts on a baking sheet.
6. Broil 5 inches away from the heat until the cheese is melted.
