Family meals that help support healthy families. Every family benefits from eating meals together. The marriage of two great flavors for pork; Apple and Cumin. 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1/2 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 tablespoons apple juice |
1/2 tablespoon oil |
1 lb boneless pork chop |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients into a paste and slather on chops. 2. Marinade them for 2-24 hours. 3. Preheat BBQ on high heat. 4. Reduce heat to medium high. 5. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side depending on thickness. 6. Make sure that chops are no longer pink and that juices run clear. 7. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving. |
