a good way to use apples Ingredients:
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
2 tbsp margarine |
1 1/2 cup wholewheat flour |
1/4 cup splenda |
3 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 egg |
3/4 cup soy milk |
3 tbsp olive oil |
1 apple |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and set aside 2. Sift dry ingredients together 3. beat egg, milk and oil together 4. add apple 5. bake for 18 to 20 minutes |
